These Max for Live devices allow you to select positions in Ableton Live’s Arrangement View by choosing kits on your Roland SPD-SX and SPD-SX PRO.
You can map and sync kit presets from your SX/SX-PRO to locator markers in Ableton Live. This enables you to run a full show and select and start songs using the Roland SPD-SX / SX-PRO.
These are Max for Live devices, and you’ll need M4L to use them. (M4L is included in Ableton Live Suite or available as an add-on for Ableton Live Standard.) Watch the video tutorial below for more information on the devices and how to set them up.
